Meet the Warrior Team

BS, MS, CSCS Personal Trainer, Instructor and is the owner of Warrior Fitness & Wellness, founded in 2021. His whole life has been faced with adversity, but he used those struggles to make him the man he is today.
He found his calling and passion in health and wellness. It changed his life for the better and he wanted to help change other’s lives. So he went back to school to make his dreams a reality of working in the fitness industry.
He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in 2014, earning a bachelor of science degree in Sports Management, and then from Canisius College in 2015, earning a master of science degree in Sports Administration, and back to the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford in 2016, graduating with a bachelor of science degree in Exercise Science. While working on his degrees he became a certified personal trainer through ISSA (International Sports Science Association). He has interned alongside the head strength & conditioning coach at St. Bonaventure University, working with the D1 athletes. Following his internship, he became a certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2017. Poole has worked out of a handful of gyms since 2015 as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. He specializes in strength and conditioning for athletes, weight loss and muscle growth. His programs are tailored to the individual’s needs, wants and goals.
Poole wants you to know that you are unstoppable. It all starts with a warrior mentality, which you learn to understand once you become part of the family.

Casey Allen, Instructor and Personal Trainer with Warrior Fitness was raised and graduated high school in Little Valley New York. She further graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BS in human services with a track in legal studies.
While fitness was never her main focus in college she continued to stay active playing sports as a division II athlete. After college her focus shifted to her career and becoming a mom. She struggled with finding herself in giving so much to her career and children. She remembered her love for movement and realized before she can give herself to others she must find something to fill her own cup.
Her first fitness certification was in Zumba followed by a group fitness instructor certification from AFFA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). She also holds certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition coach, and Strength and Conditioning from ISSA (International Sports Science Association).

Katelyn Glow, a Warrior Fitness personal trainer and class instructor is certified with credentials from the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF). From a young age, Katelyn aspired to explore various career paths, with a strong inclination towards the fitness industry. This passion persisted into adulthood, leading her to pursue higher education where she explored diverse fields such as environmental science, biology, fitness, business, physics, and art, ultimately earning an associate's degree in applied sciences.
Katelyn’s journey took a detour as she worked in the food and beverage industry, but her passion for fitness remained a constant drive. Determined to follow her true calling, she discovered Niagara County Community College (NCCC) offered a personal trainer program. Enrolling in August 2020, Katelyn excelled in her studies, gaining hands-on experience in training techniques, proper form, and client program development. She graduated within a year in May 2021.
Today, Katelyn is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and become the best versions of themselves. Her journey reflects her unwavering commitment to the fitness industry and her passion for empowering others through health and wellness.

Meet Debbie Golley, one of our incredible fitness class instructors at Warrior Fitness! Debbie started out as a loyal member, and her journey into health and fitness has been nothing short of inspiring. She fell in love with the process and is now dedicated to sharing that passion with others.
Debbie is an active community member, a devoted mother, and a proud grandmother. She knows firsthand how important it is to balance family life while staying healthy. Her classes are welcoming and supportive, with a perfect mix of challenge and fun that keeps everyone motivated.
